- Product Training – Agent Services ensures agents are able to access the product training documents, as well as other sales tools available including sales flyers, sales and verification scripts and state availability grids to assist them in closing the sale.
- Back Office and Website Support – The Agent Services team can help agents navigate and better utilize the information provided to them.
- Consistent Communications – Agents receive email communications regarding new products available for sales, licensing and compliance updates, and other important information related to being a selling agent for AHG. The Agent Services team is here to answer any questions regarding company policies, procedures or products.
