REFUND POLICY

A member may terminate the scheduled payments for insured and non-insured products purchased by notifying Adroit Health Group in writing at least three business days prior to the next scheduled payment date by sending an email to csr@adroithealthgroup.com or call Member Services at (800) 269-3563. You understand that this coverage is not renewable or extendable. Refunds are subject to review; if claims have been submitted and are in process, a refund may not be applicable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a member is not 100% satisfied with the product(s) they purchased, they may contact Adroit Health Group for cancellation. NOTE: Free look periods may vary by product and therefore members should consult the language included in their esignature and/or the product documents available 24/7 in the member portal (a1healthcare.com/members) to review the cancellation and refund policies for their specific product(s).

FRAUD WARNING

Any person who knowingly and with intent to injure, defraud, or deceive any insurance company or other person submits an insurance application or statement of claim containing any materially false, incomplete or misleading information may be committing a crime and may be subject to civil or criminal penalties.

Policy Terms & Conditions:

Adroit Health Group is a Texas-based insurance agency that provides comprehensive benefits administration and management services to agents, associations and carriers nationwide. Our licensed third-party call center agents, sell various insurance and non-insurance products to consumers (“Member”) throughout the United States.

All Member sales are conducted telephonically and include an electronic signature or a recorded verification script which is required with each sale. The purpose of this electronic signature and recorded verification call is to ensure that the Member understands, among other things, what product they are purchasing, what benefits are included with that product, how much they are paying at the initial time of sale, how much they will pay monthly thereafter, and that all subsequent monthly payments will be automatically drafted from the credit or banking account provided by the Member.

Each Member agrees that they are signing up for benefits or services that include an automatic payment plan. Each Member expressly authorizes Adroit Health Group to automatically debit their bank account or Credit Card on the payment due date provided to collect any and all fees and membership dues for their membership. Each Member acknowledges and agrees upon the membership effective date and the initial payment amount (this is comprised of the first month’s membership dues plus a one-time, refundable association membership processing fee). Each Member also acknowledges and agrees that their monthly dues will be automatically charged or drafted every month from the credit card, debit card or bank account they provide to us. If the effective date falls on a weekend or holiday, they understand that the payments may be executed on the prior business day. Further, each Member attests that they are the holder of the credit card, debit card or bank account provided. The monthly charges will appear on your monthly statement as one of the following: “HEALTH 800-269-3563”, “HEALTH8002693563” or “Adroit Health Group 800-269-3563”.

Each Member agrees that if any such charge is dishonored, whether with or without cause and whether intentionally or inadvertently, Adroit Health Group, the insurance carrier, the bank or credit card company shall be under no liability whatsoever even though it may result in forfeiture of their plan. Each member agrees that Adroit Health Group, is authorized to contact them via phone, text or email regarding payments.

Benefits are limited to the usual, reasonable and customary charge for each covered expense, in addition to any specific limits stated in the product policy documents.

PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for www.adroithealthgroup.com. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by this web site. It will notify members of the following:

  1. What personally identifiable information is collected from the member through the web site, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.
  2. What choices are available to the member regarding the use of their data.
  3. The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of member information.
  4. How a member can correct any inaccuracies in their information.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that a member voluntarily gives us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use member’s information to respond to the member, regarding the reason the member contacted us. We will not share member information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill a member’s request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless a member asks us not to, we may contact the member via email in the future to tell them about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Member Access to and Control Over Information
A member may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. A member can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number listed on our website or at the end of this notice:

  • See what data we have about the member, if any.
  • Change/correct any data we have about the member.
  • Have us delete any data we have about the member.
  • Express any concern the member has about our use of their data.

Security
We take precautions to protect member information. When a member submits sensitive information via the website, that member information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. A member can verify this by looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect member information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Registration
In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration, a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to inform you about the products/services on our site in which a member has expressed interest. A member may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about themselves.

Orders
We request information from members on our order form. To buy from us, a member must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill their orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact the member.

Cookies
We use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify a member, the member would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our site.

Sharing
We share aggregated demographic information with our partners, advertisers and quality control organizations. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. We use an outside shipping company to ship documents and/or orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.

We partner with another party to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

 Surveys & Contests
From time-to-time our site requests information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and a member may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.
